About gaskets & valve seatings
Gaskets seal the joint between flanges and covers. We supply rubber gaskets in nitrile, EPDM and Viton, non-metallic gaskets, metallic and spiral wound gaskets for high pressure and temperature, and rubber seatings (liners) for butterfly valves.
For a flange gasket, tell us the pipe size and flange standard, or the inside and outside diameters and bolt holes. For a valve seating, send the valve size and make.

How do I choose a gasket material?
Rubber gaskets suit water, air and low-pressure oil lines. Non-metallic gaskets handle steam and higher temperatures, and spiral wound or metallic gaskets are used for high pressure and temperature.
What sizes do you need for a flange gasket?
The inside and outside diameters and thickness, plus the number and size of bolt holes and their pitch circle — or simply the pipe size and flange standard.
When should a butterfly valve seating be replaced?
When the valve no longer shuts off fully, or the liner is cracked, swollen or torn. A new seating restores tight shut-off without replacing the valve body.
