This seal is made for quick exhaust valves, which vent a cylinder rapidly so it moves faster. This one is made in nitrile (NBR), which handles mineral oils, greases and water well.
It is rated for pressures up to 1.6 MPa (16 bar) and temperatures from −25 °C to +200 °C, at sliding speeds up to 1 m/s.
