A double wiper has an outer lip that scrapes dirt off the rod and an inner lip that holds back the oil film. This one is made in polyurethane (PU), which resists wear and extrusion far better than rubber.
It is rated for temperatures from −35 °C to +100 °C, at sliding speeds up to 1 m/s.
